1:ORDERS

All orders from Flippin' Crazy Crafts are custom pieces and one of a kind. Full payment is required before a project can be started unless otherwise agreed upon by the owner.  Once your order is received and paid in full, a staff member may try to contact you to work out certain details in your order. If you fail to respond to our emails, we cannot be held responsible for changes to your order. Please list as much detail as possible in your order form. If you need further contact before you place your order, please use the CONTACT US form. Thank you for your business!!

2:SHIPPING

Since all orders are custom, shipping times and rates vary from order to order. You will be kept informed on estimated shipping dates. Please understand that once an item has shipped, it is no longer in our control on when it is delivered. USPS is our primary shipping source and they have reported longer than normal shipping times. We will work with you as much as possible to get your order to you quickly and efficiently. 

*Free Shipping does not apply to oversized items, this will be noted on individual item page.

4:RETURNS

Flippin' Crazy Crafts does not accept returns or issue refunds for custom made products. If you receive a damaged item, we will replace it once pictures are sent of said item and, the item is returned to us. During an order, if there are any changes that need to be made and it is within a reasonable time period, we will work with you on those changes to make sure that you are receiving exactly what you're expecting.
